Introduction about art:-
Phad Art is a very traditional art of India
mainly practices in the parts of Rajasthan. The main focus of this painting is
Gods and the same was done on clothes of various kinds. The artists used to
make the painting very properly. The main subjects of the paintings were
stories related to gods. The portrait of the painting is that there used to be
an artist who used to draw the painting by putting the sheet onto the stick
settled onto the top tied from the ends with another two sticks from ground,
the storyteller used to tell the story and the artist used to portray the same.
In earlier times there were no synthetic colours so they used to use the
natural colours to make the paintings look attractive, mainly the colours were
extracted from the trees, plants, fruits and vegetables
